OMHA Representative Sample Clauses

OMHA Representative. The Board shall appoint an individual to serve on the Board as OMHA Representative of the Association, whose responsibilities shall include representing the Representative Team hockey and Local League programs on all OMHA and YSMHL related matters, including acting as a delegate before such bodies, communicating OMHA/YSMHL related information to the organization, and managing all OMHA/YSMHL related player issues, such as Permission to Skate/NRP requests, requests for player releases, and resolving residency related matters. The individual appointed to this role should have significant prior experience in minor hockey related policy and administrative matters, including a comprehensive understanding of applicable OMHA related rules and regulations.
