OIG INSPECTION, AUDIT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS. In addition to any other rights OIG may have by statute, regulation, or contract, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may conduct interviews, examine and/or request copies of or copy Xxxxxxxx’s books, records, and other documents and supporting materials, and conduct on-site reviews of any of Longwood’s locations, for the purpose of verifying and evaluating: (a) Longwood’s compliance with the terms of this CIA and (b) Longwood’s compliance with the requirements of the Federal health care programs. The documentation described above shall be made available by Longwood to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or reproduction. Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview any of Longwood’s owners, employees, contractors, and directors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. Longwood shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIG’s request. Longwood SNAP shall assist OIG or its duly authorized SNAP Diagnostics, LLC and Xxx Xxxxx Corporate Integrity Agreement representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIGXXX’s request. XxxxxxxxSNAP’s owners, employees, contractors, and directors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of Longwood SNAP present.

OIG INSPECTION, AUDIT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS. In addition to any other rights OIG may have by statute, regulation, or contract, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may conduct interviews, examine and/or request copies of or copy XxxxxxxxBMG’s books, records, and other documents and supporting materials, and conduct on-site reviews of any of LongwoodBMG’s locations, for the purpose of verifying and evaluating: (a) LongwoodBMG’s compliance with the terms of this CIA and (b) LongwoodBMG’s compliance with the requirements of the Federal health care programs. The documentation described above shall be made available by Longwood BMG to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or reproduction. Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview any of LongwoodBMG’s owners, employees, contractors, and directors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. Longwood BMG shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIG’s request. XxxxxxxxBMG’s owners, employees, contractors, and directors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of Longwood BMG present.

The documentation described above shall be made available by Longwood Astellas to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or reproduction. Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview any of Longwood’s Astellas’ owners, employees, contractors, contractors and directors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. Longwood Astellas shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIG’s request. Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview Practitioner and any of LongwoodPractitioner’s owners, employees, contractors, and directors employees or contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. Longwood Practitioner shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIG’s request. XxxxxxxxPractitioner’s owners, employees, contractors, employees and directors contractors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of Longwood Practitioner present.
