OHIO REMEDIES. Without limitation to the other terms and provisions of this Security Instrument, Lender may, at its option, do all things provided or permitted to be done by a mortgagee under Section 1311.14 of the Ohio Revised Code and any amendment thereto, for the protection of Lender's interest in the Property.
