OGS Contract Sample Clauses
The OGS Contract clause defines the terms and conditions under which goods or services are provided through a contract established by the Office of General Services (OGS). This clause typically outlines the scope of products or services covered, the responsibilities of both the supplier and the purchasing entity, and the procedures for ordering, delivery, and payment.
