(B) Entry by a UJV Party or the UJV Parties into an agreement for the supply of the Material Equipment. (C) Entry by a UJV Party or the UJV Parties into: (i) a framework agreement for the supply of the Material Equipment; and (ii) a binding purchase order for the Material Equipment.
