Offshore Personnel Sample Clauses
The Offshore Personnel clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use of workers who are assigned to perform services at offshore locations, such as oil rigs or marine platforms. Typically, this clause outlines requirements for qualifications, safety standards, and compliance with local and international regulations for personnel working offshore. It may also address issues like transportation, accommodation, and emergency procedures specific to offshore environments. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all personnel deployed offshore meet necessary standards and that both parties understand their responsibilities, thereby promoting safety and regulatory compliance in potentially hazardous offshore operations.
