Offshore Personnel. In the event that Service Provider employs non-U.S. citizens to provide Services hereunder, either as employees of Service Provider Affiliates, or through Service Provider subcontractors, Service Provider shall insure that all such persons have and maintain any appropriate visas to enable them to provide the Services. In addition, Service Provider shall continue to engage in background check practices that are substantially as thorough as the practice in effect as of the Amendment 4 Effective Date, which practice has been reviewed and approved by Customer.
