Offsets for Non-Settling States and Credits. 1. An offset equal to Four Billion, Five Hundred Thirty-Four Million, Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand, Three Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars ($4,534,615,385) times the percentage allocation assigned to each Non-Settling State in Exhibit F shall be deducted from the total amount to be paid by Xxxxxxx to the Settlement Fund under subsection V.A.2 above.

  • Monthly Billing Statements The Engineer shall request reimbursement of costs incurred by submitting the original and one copy of an itemized billing statement in a form acceptable to the State. The Engineer is authorized to submit requests for reimbursement no more frequently than monthly and no later than ninety (90) days after costs are incurred.
