Common use of Official Representatives Clause in Contracts

Official Representatives. 30. MAA may select official representatives for purposes of meeting and conferring, and consulting with the City on matters within the scope of representation. Such representatives shall have the privileges and duties set forth in the Employee Relations Ordinance (Administrative Code - §16.219). For purposes of this section, the number of represented attorneys permitted paid work release under §16.219 shall be at least one person from each of the three major departments covered by this MOU (Offices of the District Attorney, Public Defender and City Attorney) and two other bargaining unit employees.
