Official Representative. The Recipient shall be responsible for providing an official representative and contact person to conduct all communications with Provider and to be responsible for the ongoing administration of this Agreement. The Recipient hereby designates the School Principal of the participating School(s).

I acknowledge that I am an official representative of the City of Bluffdale and I will not engage in any actions or behavior that could be perceived by the Miss Bluffdale Pageant Organization as contrary to its elements.

Where a teacher is an Appointed or Elected Member of a Standing Committee or Commission of a Municipal Council or a Library Board, or Conservation Authority of the Region of Waterloo, he/she may be granted, at the discretion of the Director of Education, with or without loss of pay or service credits, leave for the purpose of attending meetings or conferences directly related to her/his election/appointment when she/he has been duly authorized by the governing body as an Official Representative.
