The 'Official Forms' clause establishes which standardized documents or templates must be used for specific processes or communications under the agreement. Typically, it requires parties to submit information, requests, or notices using designated forms provided by an authority or included as exhibits to the contract. This ensures consistency, reduces ambiguity, and streamlines administrative procedures by mandating uniform documentation throughout the contractual relationship.
Official Forms. The Office of Human Resources shall maintain a repository of official forms to be used for applying for promotion, sabbatical, FIL, and other applications specified in this Agreement, as well as forms for faculty evaluation. The forms shall be available in paper copy and online. These forms shall not be changed without the mutual consent of the Administration and the Association.
