Official announcement. An official announcement of the present agreement will be made on both Parties websites as a common statement by the UEMS and the European Society after signature of the agreement. The statement will be also circulated to both Parties constituency.
Official announcement. The LOC is responsible to adhere to the requirements provided by U.S. Figure Skating in the creation of its competition official announcement. The competition announcement was finalized and posted by U.S. Figure Skating on August XX, 2019 in conjunction with registration opening for the synchronized skating qualifying season.
Official announcement. An official announcement of the present MoU will be made on both Parties’ websites as a common statement by the UEMS and the EJD after the signature of the MoU. The statement will also be circulated to both Parties’ constituencies.
Official announcement. The LOC is responsible to adhere to the requirements provided by U.S. Figure Skating in the creation of its Qualifying and if any non-qualifying competition official announcements. The LOC is required to submit their completed announcement to U.S. Figure Skating for approval no later than June 1, 201X . The final approved announcement must be posted by July 15, 201X as outlined in U.S. Figure Skating rule 1512 item C. If the LOC is planning to host a nonqualifying competition in association with the Championships the announcement must comply with U.S. Figure Skating rule 2062.
Official announcement. Parties to this Agreement shall discuss the publication of the transfer of stocks and no party shall not announce officially without the consent of the other party.
