Common use of Officer's Knowledge of Default Clause in Contracts

Officer's Knowledge of Default. Upon any senior executive officer of the Borrower obtaining knowledge of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or under any other obligation of the Borrower or any Subsidiary to any Lender, cause such officer or a Responsible Officer to promptly notify the Agent of the nature thereof, the period of existence thereof, and what action the Borrower or such Subsidiary proposes to take with respect thereto.
