Common use of Officer Severance Benefit Plan Clause in Contracts

Officer Severance Benefit Plan. You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Officer Severance Benefit Plan (the “Severance Plan”) subject to the terms and conditions of the Severance Plan. A copy of the Severance Plan has been provided to you concurrently with this Agreement.

Officer Severance Benefit Plan. You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Officer Severance Benefit Plan (the “Severance Plan”) subject to the terms and conditions of the Severance Plan, including but not limited to the “parachute payment best after-tax” treatment set forth in the Severance Plan, which shall be applicable with respect to any payments or benefits you may receive from the Company or otherwise in connection with any change in control of the Company, whether pursuant to the Severance Plan or otherwise. A copy of the Severance Plan has been provided to you concurrently with this Agreement.
