Officer Acknowledgment. Officer acknowledges that Officer has had the ---------------------- opportunity to consult legal counsel with respect to this agreement, that Officer has read and understands this Agreement, that Officer is fully aware of its legal effect, and that Officer has entered into this Agreement freely and voluntarily and based on Officer's own judgment and not on any representations or promises other than those contained in this Agreement.
