Office; Transfer and Exchange of Warrant. (a) The Company will maintain an office (which may be an agency maintained at a bank) in Mountain View, California where notices, presentations and demands in respect of this Warrant may be made upon it. The office shall be maintained at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 until the Company notifies the holders of the Warrant of any change of location of the office.
