Office Phase Sample Clauses

Office Phase. Developer will pay the then-applicable School Fees in the normal course at the commercial rate for the entire Office Phase at the time when the first building permit is requested for the Office Phase of the Project. No Additional Funding will be paid for this Phase. The Additional Funding, however, will be reduced by the amount of School Fees paid for the Office Phase. The Parties acknowledge that the Office Phase assessable square footage shall be reduced by the existing 103,513 sf existing industrial building which will be demolished in accordance with applicable law.
