OFFICE OF COMPANY. As long as any of the Class B Warrants remain outstanding, the Warrant Agent, on behalf of the Company, shall maintain an office or agency (which shall be the principal executive offices of the Warrant Agent) where the Class B Warrants may be presented for exercise, registration of transfer, division or combination as provided in this Warrant Agreement.
