Office ID Clause Samples

The Office ID clause serves to uniquely identify a specific office or location within a larger organization or agreement. Typically, this clause assigns a unique code or identifier to each office, which can be referenced throughout the contract to clarify which location is being discussed in relation to obligations, services, or deliveries. By providing a clear and consistent way to reference individual offices, this clause helps prevent confusion and ensures that responsibilities and communications are accurately directed to the correct location.
