Offers and Orders. All offers and quotations provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ are non-binding and subject to change. All orders provided by ▇▇▇▇▇, even if submitted pursuant to an offer or quotation, will only be deemed accepted upon written confirm- ation by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Offers and Orders. Any offer shall be valid for the period as stated therein. Unless otherwisestated, the offer shall be valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of the offer. Offers shall be based on the information supplied by the Customer. Customer represents and warrants that such information is accurate. It shall always be deemed that MGX can assume such information to be correct.
Offers and Orders. Unless previously withdrawn, Seller's offer is open for acceptance within the period stated therein, or when no period is stated within thirty (30) days from the date thereof. 2.2 Offers made by the Seller's agents are not binding for the Seller until, after a written confirmation of the order countersigned by the Buyer is returned to the Seller, the Seller confirm the offer in writing to the Buyer or there has been a performance compliant with the order by the Seller.

The Buyer shall indemnify the Seller against all costs incurred by the Seller in connection therewith.
Offers and Orders. 3.1. All offers of Windchallenge shall not be binding upon Windchallenge and can be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Windchallenge, regardless of whether it includes a term for acceptance.
3.2. All orders are not binding on Windchallenge unless they are confirmed and accepted by Windchallenge in writing. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is entitled to refuse an order at its sole discretion. Unless Purchaser explicitly disputes the confirmation of Windchallenge within 5 Days after receipt thereof, the order shall be binding upon the parties.
Offers and Orders. (a) The Seller's offers are not binding, in particular about quantities, prices, and delivery terms.
(b) Orders placed by the Buyer are not accepted until confirmed in writing by the Seller. If the Seller does not provide written confirmation of the order received verbally, the invoice issued by the Seller or the execution of the order by the Seller will be considered as confirmation.
(c) Orders and/or changes to orders placed verbally or by telephone to be valid must be confirmed in writing by the Purchaser. In the absence of such communication by the Buyer and accepted by the Seller, the latter cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between the products delivered andthose ordered.
(d) Any waiver or modification of an order sent by the Buyer will not be valid unless accepted by the Seller. In such eventuality the Seller, if ever the productswere already in delivery to the Buyer, reserves the right to execute the sale and ask for the payment of the price.
