The Offeror’s Qualifications clause establishes the requirement that a party submitting an offer must meet certain standards or possess specific credentials to be considered for a contract or agreement. OFFEROR'S QUALIFICATIONS. The Offeror must present narrative that clearly demonstrate that how it possesses a thorough knowledge of the contract requirements. This may consist of evidence of providing the same or similar services to District agencies or other jurisdictions where disability determinations may be required.
OFFEROR'S QUALIFICATIONS. Before an offer is considered for award, the Offeror may be required to submit a technical and price proposal, as described in instruction 2 and comply with all other provisions stated herein. The proposal should be practical and be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward, concise delineation of what it is the Offeror will do to satisfy the requirements of the contract. Upon contract award, this technical proposal will become a binding part of this contract.
