Offering Plan. In accordance with Section 4.1.40 hereof, Borrower shall have delivered copies of the Offering Plan and any other Condominium Document prepared and to be prepared by Mortgage Borrower, each certified by Borrower, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.
