Offering Methods. Upon Google’s prior written approval, Customer shall distribute the Google Desktop Applications through the following methods, but the parties shall consider the user experience of the Desktop Device Subscriber and bandwidth constraints of the Customer Network when determining if a particular Google Desktop Application shall be distributed through each of the methods.
