Common use of Offering Document Clause in Contracts

Offering Document. The Underwriter will not use, or distribute to other broker-dealers for use, the Prospectus and the Prospectus Supplement, and any amendment or supplement thereto, each of which includes such information relating to the Insurer, unless such information has been furnished by the Insurer for inclusion therein and has been approved by the Insurer.
