Offer Proposal. Proposing an offer to the opponent is a complex task, since the space of offers may be huge and the preferences of the team members should be reflected in the offer sent to the opponent, and, in our case, the offer sent should be unanimously acceptable for team members. The process is divided into two sub-phases: constructing an unpredictable partial offer, and setting up predictable issues. In both phases, the team mediator acts according to Algo- rithm 3. 1.
