Common use of Offer Document Clause in Contracts

Offer Document. This offer document sets out information regarding the grant of RSUs to Australian resident employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries or Affiliates and is provided by the Company to ensure compliance of the Plan with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission's ("ASIC's") Class Order 14/1000 and relevant provisions of the Corporations Xxx 0000. In addition to the information set out in the Award Agreement, you also are being provided with a copy of the Plan (the "Additional Document"). The Additional Document provides further information to help you make an informed investment decision about participating in the Plan. The Plan is not a prospectus for the purposes of the Corporations Xxx 0000. You should not rely upon any oral statements made in relation to this offer. You should rely only upon the statements contained in the Award Agreement and the Additional Document when considering participation in the Plan.
