Offender Assignments. For MCU and CCTU offenders, assignments will be based on the new direction contained in the revised AR 600-09 Management of Close Custody Offenders. An offender’s programming and needs requirements will be assessed and provided to the offender by the assigned case manager upon intake to the facility or unit (if progressing within the MCU program). Incentive Unit offender assignments are not anticipated to change as a result of this project.
