Off-the-Job Disability Leave Sample Clauses
Off-the-Job Disability Leave. Any employee who is absent due to disability shall be allowed to utilize sick leave credits. Off-the-Job-Disability Leave shall be that period of time from the date that the employee is no longer capable of performing his/her regular duties due to an Off-the-Job-disability and terminates on the date that it is determined by credible medical documentation that the employee is capable of returning to work to perform his/her normal job duties. Once an employee has been absent due to a disability hereunder for five consecutive days, Section 73 of the Civil Service Law shall apply with regard to tolling of time as provided in its Rules and Regulations.
Off-the-Job Disability Leave. Medical and disability leave (non-work related) shall be provided in accordance with the policy set forth in the Village of Gurnee Personnel Policy Manual – Full Time Employees, as amended.
