Common use of Off-Site Clause in Contracts

Off-Site. As part of my child's learning experiences at the school there will be occasions when they will be taken off the premises (i.e. on walks, visits, sports fixtures etc). These outings are an integral part of the school curriculum and I give permission for my child to be included on such occasions. I understand that whenever transport is involved I will be informed.
