Common use of Off-Site Utilities Clause in Contracts

Off-Site Utilities. All water, sewer, electric, gas, telephone and other utilities necessary for the use and operation of the Mortgaged Property are installed to the property lines of the Mortgaged Property through dedicated public rights of way or through perpetual private easements approved by the Agent with respect to which the applicable Security Deed creates a valid and enforceable first lien.
