Off-site Infrastructure. The Off Site requirements (Road, Power and Water) are being provided by different agencies like Municipal Authorities, Electricity Department etc. The Authorisee is required to apply to the concerning Authorities and obtain the necessary approvals on his own. The Grantor will extend all necessary support to the Authorisee based on written request of the Authorisee.
