Off-Site Facility Sample Clauses

Off-Site Facility. The property located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and consisting of approximately 120 acres including a house, outbuildings and barn, which the City acquired for use as an off-site breeding facility, shall be included within the definition of “Premises” under this Agreement.
