Off-Premises Extension. Off-Premises extension service shall be provided to enable the use of telephone instruments from a PBX or centrex-type to be directly connected to the serving switch regardless of the location of the instrument. Contractor shall provide the local loop and any inter/intra-exchange facilities to provide the end-to-end voice band service. Service is only available within Contractor’s franchise territory.
