OEM Technology Sample Clauses

The OEM Technology clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the use, access, and ownership of technology provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) within a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause clarifies what constitutes OEM technology, such as proprietary software, hardware designs, or technical documentation, and outlines how the recipient may use or integrate this technology into their own products or services. OEM Technology. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge and agree that this Section 4.01 does not grant any rights or licenses to any OEM Technology, which is subject to certain separate agreements between the Parties, and to the extent there is a conflict between this Agreement and such separate agreements, such separate agreements shall control.
