OEM Pricing Clause Samples
The OEM Pricing clause establishes the terms under which original equipment manufacturer (OEM) prices are set for products or components supplied under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how pricing is determined, such as referencing a price list, market rates, or negotiated discounts, and may specify conditions for price adjustments or reviews. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and predictability in pricing, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and enabling both parties to plan their costs and revenues effectively.
OEM Pricing. OEM shall have sole responsibility for establishing and collecting all fees and charges applicable to End Customers for the license of the Software and/or any services provided by OEM in connection therewith.
