Common use of ODUF Testing Clause in Contracts

ODUF Testing. 6.6.1 Upon request from Quality Telephone, BellSouth shall send test files to Quality Telephone for the ODUF. The Parties agree to review and discuss the file’s content and/or format. For testing of usage results, BellSouth shall request that Quality Telephone set up a production (live) file. The live test may consist of Quality Telephone’s employees making test calls for the types of services Quality Telephone requests on the ODUF. These test calls are logged by Quality Telephone, and the logs are provided to BellSouth. These logs will be used to verify the files. Testing will be completed within 30 calendar days from the date on which the initial test file was sent.
