Common use of ODUF Testing Clause in Contracts

ODUF Testing. 6.6.1 Upon request from C A Networks, BellSouth shall send test files to C A Networks for the ODUF. The Parties agree to review and discuss the file’s content and/or format. For testing of usage results, BellSouth shall request that C A Networks set up a production (live) file. The live test may consist of C A Networks’s employees making test calls for the types of services C A Networks requests on the ODUF. These test calls are logged by C A Networks, and the logs are provided to BellSouth. These logs will be used to verify the files. Testing will be completed within 30 calendar days from the date on which the initial test file was sent.
