ODUF. Message Processing, per message element will be charged for billable messages in the ODUF file; and/or,
ODUF. 10.1 Upon written request from CARRIER,AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE will provide the ODUF Services to CARRIER pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this section.
10.2 CARRIER shall furnish all relevant information required byAT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE for the provision of the ODUF.
10.3 The ODUF feed provides CARRIER messages, associated with Wholesale Switch Port Services and Wholesale Local Platform Services that CARRIER has purchased from AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE that were carried over the AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE network and processed byAT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9- STATE for CARRIER.
10.4 Charges for the ODUF Service will appear on CARRIER’s monthly bills for the previous month’s usage in arrears. The charges are as set forth in Exhibit A.
10.5 The ODUF feed will contain both rated and unrated messages. All messages will be in the standard Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) EMI record format.
10.6 Messages that error in the billingsystem of CARRIER will be the responsibility of CARRIER. If, however, CARRIER should encounter significant volumes of errored messages that prevent processing by CARRIER within its systems,
