OCI Clause. OCI Clause" means any clause or provision of any agreement providing for compliance with the Organizational Conflict of Interest ("OCI") rules of Subpart 9.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, as they may be amended or modified from time to time, whether or not the agreement makes explicit reference to Subpart 9.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
