Occupants Bound. All provisions of this Declaration governing the usage of a Lot or the conduct of an Owner shall also apply to all occupants of the Lot and all family members, guests, and invitees of the Owner. Each Owner shall cause all such occupants, family members, guests and invitees to comply with such provisions and shall be jointly and severally responsible with such occupants, family members, guests, and invitees for any violation by them of such provisions.
