Occupants Bound Clause Samples

Occupants Bound. All provisions of the Declaration and of any rules or regulations or use restrictions promulgated pursuant thereto which govern the conduct of Owners and which provide for sanctions against Owners shall also apply to all occupants of any Lot.

Occupants Bound. All provisions of the Governing Documents governing the conduct of Owners and establishing sanctions against Owners shall also apply to all occupants, including Tenants and visitors, even though those 3rd parties are not specifically mentioned. Notes (a) through (f).

Occupants Bound. All provisions of the Declaration, By-Laws and of any rules and regulations or use restrictions promulgated pursuant thereto which govern the conduct of Owners and which provide for sanctions against Owners shall also apply to all occupants, guests and invitees of any Lot. Every Owner shall cause all occupants of his or her Lot to comply with the Declaration, By-Laws, and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and shall be responsible for all violations and losses to the Common Areas caused by such occupants, notwithstanding the fact that such occupants of a Lot are fully liable and may be sanctioned for any violation of the Declaration, By-Laws and rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.

Occupants Bound. All provisions of this Declaration governing the usage of a Lot or the conduct of an Owner shall also apply to all occupants of the Lot and all family members, guests, and invitees of the Owner. Each Owner shall cause all such occupants, family members, guests and invitees to comply with such provisions and shall be jointly and severally responsible with such occupants, family members, guests, and invitees for any violation by them of such provisions. The lease of any Lot shall be deemed to include a covenant on the part of the tenant to comply with and be fully bound by such provisions.

Occupants Bound. All provisions of the Governing Documents, including but not limited to any provisions governing the conduct of Owners and/or establishing sanctions against the Owners, shall also apply to all Occupants even though Occupants are not specifically mentioned. Any lease on any portion of any Parcel shall provide that the lessee and all Occupants of the leased property shall be bound by the terms of the Governing Documents.
