Common use of Occupancy Review Clause in Contracts

Occupancy Review. The House Doctor shall meet with the Awarding Authority and User Agency prior to one year after the date of Substantial Completion to review the operations and performance of the commissioned systems and to make appropriate recommendations to the Awarding Authority, including, without limitation, providing a review of all system warranties prior to their one-year expiration date. If requested by Awarding Authority, House Doctor’s post-occupancy services shall include performance of any and all off-season testing required to comply with LEED credit requirements for “enhanced commissioning”.
