Common use of Occupancy Review Clause in Contracts

Occupancy Review. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Seller gave due consideration at the time of origination to factors, including but not limited to other real estate owned by the Mortgagor, commuting distance to work, and appraiser comments and notes, and any difference between the mailing address in the servicing system and the Mortgaged Property address, to evaluate whether the occupancy status of the Mortgaged Property as represented by the Mortgagor was reasonable.
