Occupancy Default Remedies. Upon the occurrence of an Occupancy Default, the City may suspend disbursement of payments due under the City Note until Developer has complied with the occupancy covenants in this Section 8.19. No interest shall accrue on the City Note: (i) during the year described in the Occupancy Report with an Occupancy Default;
