Common use of OCCUPANCY CHARGES Clause in Contracts

OCCUPANCY CHARGES. Tenant shall pay Owner all of the following mandatory charges: (a) Rent and sales tax: Tenant shall pay Owner monthly rent in the amount of $ and sales tax in the amount of $ 0 on the 1st day of each calendar month at the Owners address set forth above, without notice, demand, deduction or offset. Rent for the first month of occupancy will be prorated on a daily basis. There will be no peroration for the last month of occupancy.
