Obstruction Lights. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, will require any lights on the Premises to be constructed, focused or arranged in a manner that will prevent them from casting their beams in an upward direction so as to interfere with the vision of pilots in aircraft landing or taking off from the Airport.
