Common use of Obstruction Lights Clause in Contracts

Obstruction Lights. Lessee agrees to permit Lessor to install, maintain and operate proper obstruction lights on the tops of all buildings or structures to be placed on the premises at no cost to the Lessee.

Obstruction Lights. Lessee agrees to permit Lessor to install, maintain and operate proper any required obstruction lights on the tops of all buildings or structures to be placed on the premises at no cost to the Lesseeleased premises.

Obstruction Lights. Whenever determined necessary by the Lessor, the Lessee agrees to permit Lessor to install, maintain and operate proper obstruction lights on the tops of all of Lessee's buildings or structures to be placed on the premises structures, at no cost to the Lessee's sole cost.
