Obsolete Inventory. At the end of every [***], Flextronics shall report the Obsolete Inventory. Customer’s failure to object to Flextronics’s Obsolete Inventory report (or failure to deny its responsibility for such inventory) shall constitute its acceptance of Flextronics’s Obsolete Inventory report [***].
