Common use of Observer training Clause in Contracts

Observer training. In November 2004 a training course for IATTC observers was held in Manta, Ecuador. It was attended by 17 trainees, 11 from Ecuador and 6 from Panama. One of the Ecuadorian trainees was from the Ecuadorian national observer program.
