Common use of Observation Sequence Clause in Contracts

Observation Sequence. This sequence for observations will be followed: a. A pre-observation conference, at which the professional will prepare the observer for the observation, will occur no more than ten days prior to the observation. b. A post-observation conference, designed to provide immediate feedback from the administrator and an opportunity for the professional and administrator to review the observation and to discuss the objectives of the lesson as outlined in the pre- observation conference, will occur no more than ten days after the observation. The post-observation conference should also focus on the professional’s continued growth/improvement; recommendations made at this time should be incorporated into the professional’s Professional Development Plan.
