Common use of OBM Shares Clause in Contracts

OBM Shares. The property rights resulting from the OBM Shares contributed to the Trust Property shall be exercised by the Trustee exclusively for the benefit, and in terms of, the written instructions it receives from Beneficiary A. Beneficiary A shall receive the amounts corresponding to dividends, equity reimbursements, or for any other concept that OBM distributes to its shareholders (the “OBM Distributions”). The OBM Distributions shall be received by the Trustee in the Trust Account, and it shall provide them to Beneficiary A pursuant to the provisions of Clause VII of this Agreement.
