Common use of Obligor Financial Statements and Tax Returns Clause in Contracts

Obligor Financial Statements and Tax Returns. Borrower shall cause each Obligor to deliver to Lender such Obligor's annual financial statement (in form acceptable to Lender) and a copy of such Obligor's federal income tax return with respect to the corresponding year, in each case on the date when such tax return is due or, if earlier, on the date when available.
